By accessing theharvestdog.com or placing an order with Harvest Hounds, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and subscribers.
Harvest Hounds sells fresh, certified organic, small-batch dog food made in Clovis, California. All products are perishable and must be refrigerated upon receipt. Shelf life is approximately 5 days refrigerated or 3 months frozen.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and when it ships.
Subscription plans automatically renew on your chosen delivery schedule. You may pause, skip, swap flavors, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard with no cancellation fees. Changes made after your order has entered processing may apply to the next delivery cycle.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Tax is calculated at the applicable California rate. Free shipping applies to orders over $60. Subscription pricing reflects a 15% discount from standard rates.
Because our products are fresh, perishable, human-grade dog food, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for health and food safety reasons. Once a package leaves our kitchen, we cannot resell, restock, or accept it back under any circumstances.

This guarantee does not apply to orders where incorrect delivery information was provided by the customer, or to claims made more than 7 days after the confirmed delivery date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit cards) and PayPal. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount of your order including applicable taxes and shipping. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Our products are intended as supplemental or complete nutrition for healthy adult dogs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any veterinary condition. Always consult your veterinarian before making significant changes to your dog's diet, particularly for dogs with health conditions, allergies, or special dietary needs.
Harvest Hounds provides its website and services "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Harvest Hounds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
All content on theharvestdog.com — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and software — is the property of Harvest Hounds or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Fresno County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
